Opportunity Overview
Join a growing team of dedicated boaters. Our instructors enjoy flexible scheduling and the opportunity to share their expertise with new boat owners in their local communities.
What Instructors Do
Instructors provide hands-on, on-water coaching covering boat handling, docking, safety equipment, and regional navigation specific to the client's vessel and location.
Boating Experience
We seek candidates with extensive multi-year experience across various vessel types. A deep understanding of Central Texas waterways and inland lake navigation is highly preferred.
Professional Standards
Safety is non-negotiable. All instructors must strictly adhere to maritime laws and Academy protocols. We look for professional licensing, valid certifications, and impeccable safety records.
Expansion Areas
Total Marine Academy is actively expanding throughout Texas and into neighboring boating communities. We are particularly interested in instructors near major inland waterways and lakes.
